Menzione d’Onore SALIM – Regia di TOMMASO LANDUCCI, Sorbano Del Vescovo (Lucca), Italia Per la realizzazione “cinematografica” intensamente emotiva che affronta il tema educativo dello scarto culturale con un linguaggio di sole immagini particolarmente efficace e una partecipazione fuori dai luoghi comuni. Premio FedicScuola INSUPERABILI - Regia di TIZIANA SPENNACCHIO, Cineclub Fedic Piemonte, Per il valore didattico – formativo e la capacità di affrontare il tema della disabilità con grande sensibilità e stimolo a sfidarsi nelle difficoltà. Premio FEDIC (Finalista del Concorso Nazionale “Fedic d’Oro”) SCIOLA: OLTRE Per aver saputo restituire, con il suo splendido documentario, la poesia e la forza delle opere di un prestigioso artista come Pinuccio Sciola. Premio al miglior Film Sperimentale 3 SAI: A RITE OF PASSAGE - Regia di PAUL EMMANUEL, Joannesbrug, South Africa, Per aver presentato il toccante ritratto di un particolare mondo delle reclute,grazie a un montaggio di immagini di particolare effetto. Premio al miglior Film d’animazione PIGEON: IMPOSSIBLE – Regia di LUCAS MARTELL, Austin, Texas USA. Per lo stile lineare dell’animazione al servizio di una divertente, ironica e indovinata emulazione del genere 007. Premio al miglior Film Documentario ANNA POLITKOSVKAJA CONCERTO PER VOCE SOLITARIA – regia di FERDINANDO MADDALONI, Roma, Italia, Per il suo valore di denuncia, nonostante alcune debolezze di linguaggio. Un’opera straordinaria, dolorosa e da meditare. Premio al miglior Film di Fiction Internazionale SINNER – regia di PHILIP MENI Ramat Gan, Israele, Per aver affrontato con delicatezza due temi scottanti, spesso affrontati in maniera banale, la pedofilia in Istituti chiusi e l’integralismo religioso, con un’ottima regia. Bravi gli attori.
Fra questi ultimi la giuria delibera inoltre di assegnare una Menzione d’Onore LIOR SHABTAY per la toccante e ottima interpretazione del personaggio di YOTAM nel film Sinner, Premio al miglior Film di Fiction Italiano (e Menzione di segnalazione per il Concorso Fedic D’Oro) UERRA – regia di PAOLO SASSANELLI, Cineclub Fedic Fuori Campo, Pescara Per la bravura della regia e degli interpreti. Opera realizzata con un’intensità emotiva e una vena ironica più che convincenti. Premio al miglior Film della Vetrina Sardegna IO SONO QUI - regia: MARIO PIREDDA, Bologna, Italia, Per aver trattato con naturalezza narrativa un tema molto scabroso ed un finale tragico. Apprezzabile la spontaneità degli interpreti. Letto e approvato in Sassari il 25 Giugno 2010 Adriana Casu, Massimo Maisetti, Marino Canzoneri, Lorenzo Saglio, Piero Livi.
Prize giving
From June 19th to June 24th, after examining the 111 films among 1250 works in competition selected by the committee appointed by Cineclub Sassari, the jury of the fifth edition of the SFF 2010 composed by Massimo Maisetti, Marino Canzoneri, Adriana Casu, Lorenzo Saglio, Piero Livi and the secretary Nando Scanu, noted the excellent level of films sent and expressed its satisfaction with the organization making the proposal to declare, with honorable mention, some movies in addition to those to be awarded under Regulation , proposal for which the Directorate of the Exhibition has given its willingness and consent. The jury awards the following:

For the originality of the animation and the effectiveness with which it handles the theme of our technological waste, a work rich in insights with a strong ecological message. Honorable Mention

For the ability to handle the difficult issue of immigration in a touching way but with light and humorous tones, thanks to a cure and a montage of special impact images.

For the intensely emotional cinematic realization that faces the educational theme of cultural difference with a language made of particularly effective images only and a participation beyond the clichés.

For the teaching / training value and the ability to handle the issue of disability with great sensitivity and an incentive to challenge the difficulties.
Fedic prize, finalist of the National Fedic Gold contest
"SCIOLA: OLTRE LA PIETRA" directed by Franco Fais from Cineclub Fedic of Sassari.
Able to express, with his impressive documentary, the poetry and the power of the works of a prestigious artist like Pinuccio Sciola is.

For introducing the touching portrait of a particular world of recruits, thanks to a montage of special impact images.

For the linear style of the animation at the service of a funny, ironic and guesses kind of 007 emulation.
Best Documentary Film Award
ANNA POLITKOSVKAJA: CONCERTO PER VOCE SOLITARIA - directed by Ferdinando Maddaloni, from Roma, Italy.
For the complaint value, despite some weaknesses of language. An extraordinary and painful work. To meditate.
Best International Fiction Film Award
SINNER - directed by Philip Meni from Ramat Gan, Israel
For tackling with delicacy two burning issues often handled in a banal way, pedophilia in closed institutions and religious fundamentalism, with an excellent Direction. Good actors.
Among these, the jury also act to give honorable mention to
LIOR SHABTAY for the excellent and touching portrayal of Yotam in the film Sinner from Israel.
Best Italian Fiction Film Award, notification for the Fedic gold competition
UERRA - directed by Paolo Sassanelli from Cineclub Fedic Fuori Campo from Pescara.
For the skill of the Direction and performers. Work realized with a persuasive emotional intensity and ironic mood.
“Showcase Sardinia” Best Film prize
IO SONO QUI - directed by Mario Piredda from Bologna, Italy.
For dealing with natural narrative a very rough theme and a tragic end. Appreciated the spontaneity of the performers.
