Born in Rome in 1959, he produced, organized and distributed a lot of films. In Italy Gianluca Arcopinto produces especially debut works of young director . He directed the movies:”Nichi” and “Distracted Angels“. He wrote several books in italian: Cinema autonomo, La mia classe, Un fiume in piena e Controvento. He loves the football and the ice-cream.
In 1976 she graduated in Hungarian and Italian language and literature at Budapest University. She is a journalist. She makes researches about Hungarian and Italian films and she studied the relationship between them. She wrote some essays , interviews and movie reviews both in italian and hungarian language. She organizes a lot of cultural events in Italy and Hungary. She write on the “Diari di Cineclub” magazine.
She’s been working as a cultural operator for 20 years. She creates and organizes a lot of film events . At the moment, she is deputy director of FICC (Italian Federation CineClub) . She cooperates with the “Diari di Cineclub” magazine.
He is the History and Theory of Film professor at the Girona University (Spain). He was invited professor at PrisII University, Lausanne, Los Andes (Bogotà) and Flacso (Buenos Aires). He is coordinator of “Caiman Cuadernos de cine” magazine and write about film critics in the Catalan newspaper “El punt avui”. He wrote several books about Roberto Rossellini, Federico Fellini e Jean Renoir, like the essays “El cine italiano 1943-1961. Del neorrealismo a la modernidad” (Paidós, 1998), “Fábulas de lo visible” (Acantilado, 2003. Premio de la Asociación Española de Historiadores del cine), “Virtuel?” (Cahiers du cinema) e “Después del cine” (Acantilado, 2011). He was president of the Catalan Association of Film Critics (1993-1999). He is the director of the Seminar on Film Pioneers.

Maurice Seezer was born and educated in Dublin, Ireland and he is a songwriter, film and theatre music composer. He has written numerous albums collaborating with Gavin Friday, and has contributed soundtracks and songs to a number of films, including In The Name Of The Father, The Boxer and In America. Maurice was a founding committee member of the Fastnet Film Festival in 2009 and is currently Music in Film Programmer. He loves golf, planting trees, warm water and red wine.
Born in Rome, she moved to Ireland in 1987. Maria is one of the founding members of the Fastnet Film Festival . Maria is currently in charge of organizing the “Island Cinema” on Long Island and the European Peripheral Festivals Network programme: Light from the Land, for the Fastnet Film Festival.
Paul is the Edinburgh Short Film Festival’s Director since 2011, responsible for programming, marketing, administration and project development. Now his role is to develop partnerships with other film festivals and film organisations and to promote the work and artistry in short film-making.
